![]() He was named to the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll in 20, also earning the C-USA Academic Medal in 2020.ĭuring his last year of competition at ODU, Wyninger swam the 500 free, 1650 free, 200 fly, and 400 freestyle relay at the CCSA Championships. He is a former Louisiana State record holder, a six-time Louisiana Division III state champion, and a three-time Louisiana year-round state champion.ĭuring his time with the Monarchs, Wyninger was a Coast Collegiate Sports Association (CCSA) finalist all three years of competition. Prior to ODU, Wyninger swam for Spartan Swimming in Lake Charles, Louisiana. I decided to transfer to Rider University mainly because of the success that they have had at the mid-major D1 level. I wanted to have a bigger impact and after talking with Coach Fletcher, I felt as if I was going to get that. Wyninger swam for ODU for three seasons, from 2018-2021, and sat out of the 2021-22 season.Īs I finished my college career out at ODU, I wanted to finish with a dynasty program with a team culture like Rider has.
